How
To Be To Make Your Wishes Come True.
Do not entertain thoughts
that make you unhappy. Instead look
for reasons to be happy. Look for
things to appreciate. Make lists of
them.
Make the Art of Gratitude a
habit – SAY thanks for the good food, the hour of sunshine, the house you live
in, the clothes you wear, the bargain you just found, the good news you just
got, the good day you just had, the fact that today you have everything you
need, your health, your spouse, your children, that you are thriving, that they
are thriving, that we have peace,
that you have a job, a car, that the car is running well,
Being thankful is like a
magnet, it attracts more of what you give thanks for.
Clean out your house, your
cupboards. Give away what you
don’t want anymore – let the things you no longer want or use be a source of
joy and a reason for gratitude to someone else.
This also cleans out old energy and makes room for new energy, new
wealth, new happiness.
Tell your family and
friends you appreciate them.
Get
out of the habit of predicting how others will react or behave.
Stop manipulating,
orchestrating and controlling your family, friends, employees, employers,
workmates etc.
Do not judge anyone
(including yourself), any thing, any situation.
Don’t compare.
Don’t condemn. Don’t
criticize. DON’T
GOSSIP.
Don’t belittle, humiliate
or hurt YOURSELF or anyone else.
Don’t listen to the news
5 times a day (If you really need to know what is going on in the world – once
a day is enough to listen to it) Every
time you listen to bad, upsetting or disastrous news you add to that energy and
increase it. By the way, Girls -
every time you pay attention to an advertisment on the TV (and if the TV is on
you ARE hearing this advertisment) for anti-wrinkle cream, or how this or that
product can fix whatever it is that is wrong about you, your face, your hair,
your body - you increase the odds
of getting all those unwanted things because you are focusing on
the fact that if you don’t already have these things – you very soon will
Keep an open mind.
Seek enlightenment.
Get out of the habit of
doing stuff to please other people unless it pleases you also to do it.
Put yourself first more
often. BE
SELFISH.
Accept compliments, gifts
and help graciously.
SMILE.
Daydream as often as you
can.
Make lots of wishes.
But make sure you add on to each wish “if this is for my good and the
greater good”
Practice the Art of
Acceptance. This means that when
you really, really want something give up your attachment to it’s fulfilment.
Leave it to God, your Higher Self, etc. to decide if your desire is
granted.
Practice unconditional
love.
Watch your words.
Speak positively instead of negatively.
Watch your thoughts and
emotions. When there is no
emotional response to an unwanted situation, thing, person etc. it disappears.
Bless the past and forget
it. Bless the future knowing that
it has endless possibilities for happiness.
LIVE FULLY in the present. (That
means that if you are washing the ware, be aware of what you are doing and take
pleasure from it!)
If you’ve got a problem,
hand it over to God, Higher Power, Angels etc. and stop thinking about it.
Let Go & Let God.
Face your fears and realize
that it is your fears that imprison you and stop you moving forward.
Realise that your fears are no more than illusions and when faced and
examined – they also disappear.
REALISE that you are
actually HAPPY, that you have lots of reasons to be HAPPY, that you are in a
good space and on your way to a better space.
BE HAPPY.
