Special Meeting
There will be a special meeting on the 27 th January .
All members are asked to attend and to have their licence forms and money on the night .
Anyone interested in racing or touring at the early must have the forms in on the night so that the club will have all licences back from Cycling Ireland in time for the forthcoming season passport photos must be in as well asthe money.
Anybody intersted in getting new club cycle clothing should also be there on the night for fitting and ordering .
Here is a few items you might want to purchase jerseys, bib shorts , bib tights,
bib nickerbockers ,hats, mitts, overshoes, training jackets, thermo ski hats, socks to name a few or contact Keith Murphy on 87552 or 086 1074327 .

Circuit Training
Due to the dark evenings and bad weather on Sundays the club has decided to organise circut traning once a week.The training will take place in the Hillside Fitness Center on a Wednesday night beginning Wednesday the 22 of January between 9 pm and 10 pm . A program has been specifically designed to suit all ages and all levels of fitness. The traning will include spinning sessions
so if any membersknow of anyone interested in joining the club please incourage them to come to the classes to get a taste of cycling and there will be a shorter root on Sunday mornings to facilitatethe new members. Ladies are more than welcome to join. A racing bicycle is not neccesary for the Sunday morning spins, once the bicycle is in good working order and includes a spare tube and for your own safety you must wear a helmet

Training Weekend
The U.C.F. are running a training and coaching weekend in Carlingford Co Louth. Cycling legend Sean Kelly will be lending his assistance too all who take part .All age groups are catered for from Underage ,Junior, Senior and vet anybody interested in going contact Micheal Mc Keanna on 87619.

Majorca
There is good interest in organising a trip to Majorca in late Febuary early March the package deal will cost in the region of 600 euro for one week in the sun . This is a good way of shruging off the winter blues and to get a sun tan (Gerard) and to kick start off your racing or traning season if interested contact Seamus Mc Elroy for details
