By entering the Fantasy F.C. fantasy football game, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The Fantasy F.C. League is void where prohibited by the local law in your country but is otherwise subject to Irish Law (as are these terms and conditions).

  2. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for Fantasy F.C. prizes. By registering with Fantasy F.C. you represent that you are at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to ensure that playing this game in your country is permitted.

  3. When registering, all compulsory fields must be completed. Prize winners may be asked to prove that their details are correct (eg Name, Password).

  4. Selection of Winners and Prizes:

    The properly registered players with the highest scores in every Fantasy F.C. game (according to the rules) will win the prizes identified for the relevant game on the Fantasy F.C. Web site.

    Winners will be notified of their win by email. Winners risk losing their prizes if Fantasy F.C. fails to make contact due to an incorrect email address. Fantasy F.C. will attempt to contact the winner for a period of one month from initial sending of the first winners notification email. Continued failure to establish contact with the winner automatically invalidates the winner's right to receive the prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

    Prizes will be paid by cheque in Irish Punts made payable to the registered name of the winning player. We reserve the right to provide a cheque for the equivalent of any prize to non-Irish residents.

    Allow four weeks for processing of all cheques. No substitution or transfer of prizes. If two or more participants achieve the same highest score, the prize money will be shared equally between those that end up on the same points.
    i.e. If two people end up having the same top score then 1st and second prizes will be shared equally between them. All joint top scorers will be notified of the decision by email within 72 hours of the end of the game.

    All prevailing taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the winner.

    Fantasy F.C. reserves the right to disqualify players who attempt to tamper with the normal operation of the game. Such players will be ineligible for current and future prizes.

  5. By participating, participants agree that the decisions of Fantasy F.C. in the selection of winners and awarding of prizes will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Fantasy F.C. games. Participant release Fantasy F.C. and its officers, directors, agents and employees from all liability of any kind, concerning Fantasy F.C. games or any prizes awarded.

  6. Where Fantasy F.C. is advised, or reasonably suspects, that a competition or any related prize does or might break any law, regulation or code of practice in a particular country, Fantasy F.C. may withdraw that competition and refuse to distribute prizes to that country.

  7. Fantasy F.C. is not responsible for any computer or human error which compromises the administration or proper play of Fantasy F.C. games and does not guarantee that the Fantasy F.C. service will be uninterrupted or error-free. By playing Fantasy F.C. games, players accept that there may be incorrect information and that playing scores are not readjusted in light of such incorrect answers being identified by players.

    8. Content Rights

    The copy and all other rights in all of the materials on this site are owned by Fantasy F.C. or the material is included with the permission of the rights owner. You may not use any of that material other than as may be necessary for normal participation in Fantasy F.C. games. All club names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

  8. Liability

    Fantasy F.C. accepts no responsibility for any statements, material or other submissions placed on this Web site by users or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Fantasy F.C. shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for third parties unauthorised copying of any material of this website.

  9. Fantasy F.C. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify Fantasy F.C. games or modify these Terms and Conditions Official Rules at any time without notice.

  10. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in connection with Fantasy F.C. and your use of its services and website.
