In November 1925 The Morning Post published
that the Commission would recommend
that:
The Border would largely
remain unchanged
Part of East Donegal would be
given to the North.
Such was the outraged
reaction in the South that MacNeill resigned from the
Cabinet.
By the 1925 Anglo-Irish
Agreement the Border was not changed.
