Hi
Everyone,
Welcome to the first newsletter of the Folk Liturgy
Course. Well what can we say - what a Year!! Well
done to everyone. You have made this a year to remember.
What can we say to David and Lori only that you are
truly special people and have a special place in each
of our hearts.
The
Newsletter
This
newsletter will be sent out every month to inform
you of all that is happening for the 22nd Folk Liturgy
Course and any events which we may plan during the
year. We will also use it as a source to recruit volunteers
for different events during the year.
We would like you to tell everyone about this newsletter
and ask anyone who has not given us their e-mail address
to e-mail it on to us. That way we can keep you all
up-to-date on the latest goings on.
Only around one-third of participants have included
e-mail addresses in their applications. We will include
the facility to sign up for the newsletter and for
discussion groups in the near future on our webpage.
Videos
& CD's
So
far we are planning to have copies of both David and
Lori's Concert and the 21st Anniversary Concert on
Video for you to purchase in the coming months. We
also plan to have CD's of the concerts available.
So stay tuned.
Your
Story
We are looking for some stories of how Knockadoon
was for you. A kind of 'My Story'. If you feel you
could write something please do so, we would be delighted
to hear from you. Please note that all newsletter
correspondance should be sent to knockadoon@eircom.net
Webpage
Our
webpage will be updated within the next month. We
will be placing photos from this years course there
as well as other new and interesting stuff. Again,
if you have any suggestions on what you would like
on the page etc... please let us know.
Discussion
Forum
Can we ask you to use our discussion forum to discuss
Knockadoon instead of the guestbook. Why not make
use of this facility to discuss ideas you may come
up with, issues which have or may arise in your Folk
Group, issues around liturgy, any news you may have
or any other issues to which you may be concerned
with. Follow the link below to get there. The
password is KAD.

Adios
Well
that is about it, we hope you are all well and hope
to talk to you all soon. Remember please pass on to
everyone our best wishes. Peace
Ian
& Tricia
