Caraun School and Netd@ys
Netd@ys - a Eurpean Commission initiative - is an annual celebration
of the use of new media (multimedia, internet, video-conferencing or audio-visual
facilities) in the aerias of education and culture.
Netd@ys is an excellent oportunity for schools and organisations to
showcase their work in the field of ICT.
Carnaun School features on Netd@ys CR-ROM:
This CR-ROM includes 11 projects that were awarded a Netd@ys Label
in 2003. It is intendded to give a flavour of the range and scope of the
projects submitted.
On the CD-ROM label:
This project is a School Partnership Comenius Project entitled 'I eat,
therefore I am'. This project focuses on the dissemination of the eating
habits throughout Europe with the aim of highlighting the criteria of good
accessible eating practices to all ages in the participating countries.
During Netd@ys Week, Carnaun National School invited dialogue and communication
on the poject from schools all over the world.
The school has a vibrant website and students have a lot of email to
answer.
