Activities

We organise lectures on subjects of historical interest. Each summer we arrange day and evening outings to places of historical interest around Ireland.

We conduct research on local history topics and produce local history publications on many of these topics.

Lectures
At 8 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month from September to May (excluding December) we run a meeting at the Foxrock

Outings
Every year in May and June we organise two afternoon or evening outings to local places of historical interest.

Publications
Many of the lectures given at our monthly meetings are then produced in booklet form as part of our publication series. These booklets cost 3 euro each and you are welcome to buy them at any of our meetings. There are

Exhibitions
We sometimes organise exhibitions on local history topics which are then displayed in local libraries and other public places.
