Adult's English Learning Holiday

INCLUDING

• Classes (Up to 30 Hours of dynamic, enjoyable classes)
• Accommodation ( All clients are given accommodation with familes personally known to and selected by the Director)
• Activities (activities are organised with a view to giving the client a wholesome introduction to the breath taking landscape, rich culture and traditions along with the warm hospitality of the people). Please see timetable for more details.
• Insurance (all clients are covered by our Public Liability Isurance Policy and are of course free to take our their own private holiday insurance policy.

1. Payment; To reserve a place on the course the client will be asked to forward a deposit of 40% of course price.Children ____ / Adults _____ Balance should be paid approximately 60 days before the commencement date in order to take part in the course.
2. Insurance: G.A.E.L. has its own illness and accident insurance policies to cover any eventualities that may occur throughout the course.The student, however can alsotake out his/her own private insurance policy should they wish.
3. All cancelations should be made known to G.A.E.L. in writing. Cancelations during the final 21 days prior to the commencement of the course will imply the loss of 60% of course price plus the cost of any air ticket cancellations should they arise.
4. Publicity: Unless otherwise stated by student,G.A.E.L. has permission to use all photographic material for publicity purposes on future courses.
5. Rules: Students are aware of and follow standard course rules.

7. Prices: The fees paid to G.A.E.L.will cover:

• Accommodation
• Transport
• All materials necessary for classes.
• Activity and tour expenses.
• All expenses are covered apart from any personal expenses of the student.
