  • Kerbside collection will not be available for 50% of rural areas.
  • In the amendments to the Plan, M.C. O’Sullivan have acknowledged that extending this service to the entire region will reach the 50% recycling targets which will eliminate the need for Incinerator. (Page 89 of Amendments). 
    The cost of extending this service to every household vs the cost of an Incinerator??
