True Story of Healing - Word-for-word testimony as given by Karen Crawley - Back to top
Hi, my name is Karen Crawley, and two years ago I was healed of M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as it's also known. M.E. is an incurable disease and once you are diagnosed with it doctors say there is nothing they can do for you, that you have it for life. So when I was diagnosed with it I felt that that was pretty much it, that my life was over. I had to leave school. I was so tired all the time. I had to have my parents and my family do everything for me. According to the way it was, that was it. All my plans for my life were scrapped. I was stuck at home all the time. But I heard about Abundant Life Christian Centre, and I heard that Jesus can heal you. So I decided that I would come along and check it out and see. I asked Jesus into my heart, and I became Born-again. And I asked Him to come into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour. Then I got prayer when I came to the church here. The preacher, the visiting preacher who was here at the time laid hands on me and prayed for me. And when he put his hands on me I felt the Power of God go through my body. And I knew, I could feel immediately, I knew I was healed. I felt well for the first time in over two years. I could tell the difference, I knew it. I had energy. I just knew my life had turned around. Jesus had changed my life. I was able to go back to school and my life has just never been the same since. I am in college in university in my second year. I live here in Galway now. My life is just so blessed, so turned around. It was Jesus, He did it He gets all the glory for it. And He can do it for you too. It's not about religion, its not about that. It's about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. And so if you're sick, if you're hurt, whatever it is, Jesus can heal you today. Just ask Him into your heart. Because He changed my life I know He can change yours too."It's not about religion, its not about that. Its about having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ."
You Must be Born-again. - Message from Pastor Kevin Sanford - Back to top
Hello. My name is Kevin Sanford. My wife Heather and I pastor Abundant Life Christian Centre, here in Galway Ireland. And I want to thank you for coming online with us today. I want to share with you just a small portion of scripture right now, an extremely important portion of scripture, because it deals with the entrance to God's kingdom. Many people just hang around the door, many people are way outside, but when it comes to this issue it's either right or wrong, it's black or white, it's on or off, it's all the way or not at all. And so I want you to just sit down and give me just three or four minutes of your time. This is in John, chapter 3. If you have your bible at home you can look this up yourself.
John 3:1-2 KJV "There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him."
Let me just stop right here to say something about this man Nicodemus. The
bible teaches that he was a ruler of the Jews, he was a doctor of the Law, a
very educated man. He would have had a high position in the social culture.
Occupationally he would have been esteemed as a doctor of the Law and of the
Jewish religion. And of the right religion, the God of Israel is the right God.
And so they were in the right form and the right direction. But this Messiah
comes on the scene. His name is the Lord Jesus Christ, and he is very different
from the world. He did not go to the regular schools. He had a different message,
it was deeper, it was intense. But there was something else that marked Jesus'
ministry, and that was miracles. In other words Nicodemus said "In my synagogue
I am a leader, in my church I am a leader." And he said "I have studied
but we don't have miracles like you have. We don't see people get healed like
we see in your ministry. And I have been watching you Jesus, I have been listening".
And he said I have come at night". The bible said he came at night. He
did not want to be seen by his contemporaries, possibly losing his reputation,
possibly his occupation. He came to Jesus at night because he had a desire for
truth. He had a desire to know the source of this miraculous power. He had this
formal religion but he did not have the power. He missed that. He wanted that.
And he wanted, I would imagine to provide this for the people that came to him.
And so Jesus responds to Nicodemus who questions the soul. His searching was
so transparent. Praise God! Because he wanted to see people get delivered in
Jesus' ministry from demonic power. Healed of every sort of disease. Delivered
from homosexuality, from sexual promiscuity. All of the ills that are affecting
our society at every level today. Praise God! But there is an answer. This is
God's answer. This is God's counsel. This is the Word of the Lord that will
never be changed or altered by philosophy. Religion cannot pervert this, my
friend. This is Jesus' words. And so I implore you to submit yourself to the
wisdom of God today and just listen.
Jesus answered and said unto him, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God".
Praise God! And so Jesus likens the next world to this world. He says the invisible
world is just like the seen world. The next world is just like the present world.
And the way, my friend, that you came into this world was by birth. Whether
you are black, whether you're white, whether you're American, Irish, African,
English. It doesn't matter whether you're rich, or poor, if you have or have
not a pedigree. It doesn't matter. The way, the door to this world is the birth.
And so Jesus, speaking to Nicodemus, He said "Nicodemus, you can't get
there without a spiritual birth". Nicodemus then asks Him, "how can
I be born when I am old. Do I enter a second time into..". Jesus knows
that the natural physical birth is one thing, but the spiritual birth is a totally
separate thing. It's like it but i'ts different. He said "Marvel not
that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.(John 3:7)" And so the
word is the same for you as it is for me, as it was for Nicodemus 2000 years
ago. We must be born again to enter to see the kingdom of God. The entrance
to this world is the natural birth. The entrance to God's kingdom is the spiritual
birth. And just the same as you cannot be born into this natural world without
an insemination, without a seed. The bible says in 1 Peter 1:23 that "We
are born again, not of corruptible seed. Of incorruptible seed. Of the Word
of God which lives and abides forever". And so that's why we at Abundant
Life Christian Centre, we have taken great lengths and gone to such extravagant,
and expensive lengths to communicate with you. Because you can't be born again
without a seed. Preachers all over the world are going into the streets, writing
books, tapes, videos, movies. And they're sending people to try to get the Word
of God into the world. Because what the world needs is a rebirth. And that only
comes by the power of the incorruptible seed of the Word of God. And that is
why I am so thankful that you have come on line today. And you're listening.
Because the Bible says that "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by
the word of God" (Romans 10:17). If you will just receive this word
today and then the truth, God's holy word. Not the word of man, but the word
of God, of the Saviour. The only Saviour, the only God. And if you let this
word get into your heart, and carry it in your heart, into fruition, Jesus Christ
Himself who is the Word of God will be born in you. You will be born again.
And that is a word from God, because the bible says, 2 Cor. 5:17 "behold
if ANY man..." . It does not matter where you have come from, it does
not matter what you have done. "Behold if any man, any woman, be in
Christ, he is a new creation. All the old things are passed away, and all things
become new." And so if you're a drunkard today, if you're involved
in a perverse lifestyle, or if you're a nice person but you just don't have
a relationship with God... It doesn't matter, you can become totally new today.
That's why Jesus is the answer, for the prostitute, as well as the ruler of
the synagogue. Because everything has to be new. Everything has to be born in
the pure and Holy Word. So if you have never experienced this, I want to ask
you just to take a second and pray with me right now and ask Jesus to come into
your heart. Let Him be birthed into your life. Pray this with me with all your
heart.
Just right there where you are, say, "Lord Jesus", repeat this
after me out loud so that you can hear it. "Come into my heart. I believe
that you came from heaven, to the earth, to show us the way to God. I believe
that you died on that cross, for my sins, that you were buried and after three
days you arose from the dead to open the door to heaven for me. And I submit
myself to that word today, and I submit myself to you today. Come into my heart,
forgive me of my sins and change me today. Thank you for making me new today.
Lord Jesus I confess you are Lord over my life. Thank you. Amen."

Abundance of the Heart - About a 50 min message given by Pastor Kevin Sanford - Back to top
The Following is an edited version of the message:
THE ABUNDANCE OF THE HEART
Proverbs 13:12
"Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life."
The word heart here is not referring to the physical organ that pumps blood
through your body system. We are not talking about physical heart problems.
The writer is talking about the spirit man. Hope deferred makes the spirit sick.
This means that hope is a desire. It is what you are looking for. It is what
you desire. It is what you are looking forward to. To defer means to delay.
Have you any hopes that have been delayed?
It is a huge problem if your spirit man becomes sick. The reason is because
your spirit man is the creative power of God, which releases things into your
life. It comes through your spirit. If it comes into your life, it does not
just come floating to you, but comes first in the form of revelation. It is
born in prayer and released into manifestation.
Hebrews 11:1 says:
" Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
One translation says, "Now, faith gives substance to the thing you are
hoping for." That means that your hope is what you want and faith puts
flesh on it and brings it into your life. However, you cannot have faith for
something that you have lost hope on. In other words, you cannot get substance
from nothing. If the hope isn't there to begin with, you can't bring anything
into manifestation. Your faith gives substance to what your hope is and your
hope is your expectation. However, a lot of people are trying to have faith
for something they do not really expect. Whenever they pray, they call it faith
but they do not really expect it to happen. Faith actually manifests an expectation.
Many Christians are sick in their hearts and in their souls because their hopes
have been put off and are fading away. It begins to just clog up their spirit
man and makes them sad and depressed. The problem is that they have removed
that supernatural element called hope, that works together with faith and love
to bring into manifestation the plan of God.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 13:13:
"And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity."
This means that hope is a living thing. Hope is a lively expectation. Hope
is an anxious expectation. If I told you that a $10,000.00 cheque is coming
into your mail box in the next few days, I bet you would be out there early
tomorrow morning waiting for the mail. If it does not come the following morning,
you would probably be out there the next morning, if you saw the source as reliable.
If you are suffering with sickness or you have a certain need and somebody says
a solution is on the way, you will place confidence in it because of the source
and say it is on the way. You expect it to arrive. This is what hope is. It
is not merely a wish.
We have confusing vernacular. We use the same kind of word for hope and wish
but they are very different, in the Greek. In Spanish, the word "hope"
is the same word for "wait." So, if you ask, "What are you doing
at the bus stop," the answer will be, "I am hoping for the bus."
If the bus does not come through there and you did not expect it to come, you
will not stand there waiting for it. So, it is a hope, but a sudden expectant
hope because you believe it is coming any minute. It is an anxious expectation
but not one based on no knowledge.
We pray and we do not know when healing is coming, we do not know when a pay
cheque is coming or when peace and salvation are coming but we keep on praying.
Our answers have been deferred many times and we keep on praying but we are
not really expecting anything, anymore. This is the sort of thing that makes
the heart sick.
You are a creative person. Everything you see in the natural came from the invisible
world: the world of thought and imagination. The Bible says in Proverbs 4:23
that above all that you do, guard your heart because out of it flows the issues
and the forces of life. This means that what comes into your life comes through
your heart and through your spirit.
Jesus Christ said that from out of the heart flows murder, idolatry and their
likes. They come out of the abundance of the heart (Matthew 12:34; Luke 6:45.)
These are negative manifestations. Sure enough, if those things come out of
the heart, other things also come out of it. Positive manifestations; things
that pertain unto life and godliness, like healings, come out of the heart.
In John 7:38, Jesus Christ said anyone that believes in Him, out of his belly
(or heart) shall flow rivers of living waters. If it flows then it impacts something.
Have you ever seen a river that flows over its banks that never changes the
scenery? The spirit realm, after it comes through you, becomes flesh but it
starts in the spirit.
Proverbs 12:25 says:
" Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad."
Have you ever seen anybody with a heart that stoops? This means a heavy heart.
This is a spirit that is weighed down. A good word makes the heart glad. Do
you know how to heal somebody's life? It is with good words. Do you know how
you can hurt people's lives? It is with bad words. Words affect the spirit and
out of the abundance of the spirit, your mouth is going to start talking. When
your mouth starts talking, mountains either start mounting up or they start
moving. This is because what comes to your heart comes into your life.
Proverbs 17:22 says:
" A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."
What the above verse means is that the condition of your heart will affect
your body. Medical science now tells us that about 80% or 90% of the physical
health is affected by the emotional status of the patient. This means that what
is going on in the inside is affecting the outside. You need to be happy in
your life. While re-evaluating my family sometime ago, I concluded that we are
not happy enough. Why live life as a Christian and not be happy? What are we
doing if we are not happy? A Christian should never be hopeless.
To be hopeless is like being condemned or doomed to a depressing and unfavourable
circumstance or situation. Since we are never doomed to something that is not
good, because God can turn anything around, we should always be with hope. Hopelessness
is not a mere weakness or unavoidable thing on our part but a very real and
blameable fault. It is in fact nothing less than the sin of unbelief and a disconnecting
with God's plan through a stubborn refusal to believe him. So if you have fallen
into this sin, repent and get yourself reconnected to the plan of God for your
life.
Ephesians 2:10-13 says:
" For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works,
which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are
called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh
made by hands;
That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth
of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and
without God in the world:
But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood
of Christ."
Hopelessness and Christianity should be mutually exclusive terms. A Christian
has hope. A Christian has expectations. A Christian has something in him that
can bring in change into his real world. The problem is that most Christians,
with all the tapes, books, TV and radio ministry and all the fellowships, are
walking around hopeless. We have cut lose our expectations. We are not praying
and thinking right. We are not expecting God who intervenes and turns things
around and who makes everything be a blessing to us.
Christ is our hope and He is seated in the Holy of holies in Heaven. We have
a hold on Jesus Christ. I am anchored so no matter what I go through, I will
not lose my anchor. My source is not natural. I want to bloom in the desert.
On Christ I stand and all other grounds are sinking sand. He is the Rock.
We think that delay means denial and we just cut it lose and it flows away.
It is like a kite in one's hands. If I have a kite on my string, it can be way
out there but as long as I have the string, I can reel it in. This is what prayer
is all about. This is what this good life in Ephesians 2 is all about. This
is what the great promises are all about. You have to lay hold of them by faith
but with a faith that expects it to come.
My wife once said to me, after listening to a message of Creflo Dollar on hearing
the voice of God, that you have to expect God to speak to you or you will never
hear His voice. A lot of Christians come to me and say they have been Christians
for more than ten years yet they do not hear God speak. The difference is that
the person who hears God wakes up in the morning and expects Him to talk to
him. Expectation is a certainty. Faith gives substance to your expectation.
A lot of times we just want to use faith instead of hope. The fact is that faith
will activate your hope and bring it to you. Faith will reel in your kite but
your hope has got a hold on it. How many times have you been praying and expecting
something to happen? A lot of time, you are expecting something, and as a material
Christian, you just burst the bubble of your expectations with reality.
Sometime ago, my wife and I were talking about an expensive camera that we lost
in transit while travelling. She asked whether I called the people involved
and I told her that I have not called them but that I have a letter from them.
As I was bringing out the letter from the chest, she said, "Our camera
is in there." I almost said, "No, it is not in there." I would
have said that a year ago but God gave me a message that your faith today can
make God move yesterday. God saw yesterday what you were praying for and believing
for today.
When I opened the letter there was something in there. It was not a whole camera
but there was a little bit of it there. She had her hope on this thing and it
was not unhooked. We got £150, which was almost half the cost of the camera.
We had our hold on the other £300 or whatever. Why did I not just think
that they would write me a cheque for that camera? I was praying for it but
I did not believe that they would send it in an envelope. I let it weigh down
my heart. You have to quit cutting things loose by just not being stubborn enough
to just say, "No, that is what I prayed for and I must have it."
I read Jerry Savelle's book in which he said that he prayed for someone's wife
for healing and when he met the man three days later and asked how his wife
was doing, the man said, "Well, we did not expect her to live." Jerry
Savelle said he should have told him this before they wasted a perfectly good
prayer. There is no prayer of faith without expectancy. Nothing will come in
unless you are expecting it to come in. This makes the difference between people
who get things from God and people who do not. It is not a matter of their doctrine.
It is not a matter of the way they dress. It is the way they relate with God.
They just pray and expect God to do it. God moves mountains for the simplest
prayers.
We just need to be happy people. Happy people are healthy people. Glory be to
God. No matter what comes or what goes, we need to stay happy because if we
can control the inside, we will control the outside. The devil wants to affect
the way you feel on the inside because he knows that it would ruin your outside.
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 says:
" For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us
a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are
not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are
not seen are eternal. "
The light affliction, whatever it is, is working for you. You have to believe
this and you have to expect it to come around for good. Do you expect what you
are going through to help you out? A preacher once said that he asked God about
a certain scripture and God replied by saying, "Everything you can see
is subject to change." The reason most people lose their hope is because
they stop thinking that this could change for their benefit. They think this
is a permanent situation. I have news for you. Whether God intervenes or not,
it is still temporary. It is going to change whether by way of the grave or
by way of the move of the Holy Spirit. We might as well facilitate the change
by being in a good spiritual flow. God is waiting to do it but you have to activate
Him by your expectations and the words that you speak.
Instead of tuning on our source of expectation, we tune on the radio on our
way to work and begin to store our imagination to release things into our lives
before we ever get there. It is not news unless it is bad, most times. How do
you expect to flow in the glory of the power of God when you listen to bad news
all day long? It just weighs you down.
A good word makes the heart glad. This is why the Gospel of Jesus Christ is
called the Good News. It activates your hope, which can bring God into your
life. If you are sick, I have the Good News for you. If you are having problems
in certain areas of your life, I have the Good News for you. If you feel like
you are in a desert area and you need an encounter with God, I have Good News
for you.
With God, everything is always good. This is why I do not understand preachers
who preach negative messages. There are no negatives with God. If you are sick,
He is the Healer. If you are poor, He is the One that blesses. If you are depressed,
He is the Joy Giver. Whatever the problem is, He is the answer.
Isaiah 50:4 says:
" The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: he wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned."
A word to the weary will change him or her. Mostly, we put the weary at the back instead of saying that God will turn things around for them. I do not know about you, I am going to have some turning around. -END-
The Force of Life - About a 50 min message given by Pastor Kevin Sanford - Back to top
The Following is an edited version of the Message:
THE FORCES OF LIFE
The Kingdom of God is a word Kingdom. The Bible says in Hebrews 11 that the
worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things that are seen were not
made of things that do appear In other words God created the visible world out
of things which cannot be seen or perceived by the natural senses. This implies
that invisible things are more powerful. Visible things change by the power
of words. The Bible says that there is life and death in the power of the tongue
(Proverbs 18:21.) Your tongue has power. Whether you use it for life or death
depends on how wise you are.
Proverbs 4:23 says:
" Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."
Above everything that you do, you need to make sure that you guard your heart
because out of your heart flows the forces of life. A lot of people want the
blessings of God to come to them but the truth of Christianity is that the forces
of life do not flow to you. We have wrongly been taught that we need to get
something from God. It does not really work this way. It actually flows through
us and not to us. The forces of life actually come out of us. They are like
a river. You remember Jesus Christ said in John 7 that out of the belly (or
heart) of those who believe in Him shall flow rivers of living waters (John
7:38.)
The force of life is designed to carry you forward. The anointing flows out
of you. A lot of times we want to receive something from God to us but God also
wants to get something from us towards our healing or salvation. Many times
however, we let things into our hearts that actually clog up the river. You
need to be very careful to guard your heart because Jesus Christ said that out
of the abundance of your heart your mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34; Luke 6:45.)
Once your mouth lines up with your heart, you will have whatsoever you say.
A lot of people have what they say but their hearts are full of negatives. They
believe in what they say and it is made for them. They then blame somebody else.
We are responsible for our own future. God has a plan. This is called sovereignty
but we may not necessarily make it there because God is good. There are many
people in the world that are not fulfilling good destinies or purposes. A lot
of people are living in hell on earth. The Bible however promises us Heaven
on earth. The difference is what is in your heart and what comes out your mouth.
If we as a Church, fathers and husbands, wives, children, are going to fulfil
the call of God on us, we have to have something in our hearts and get it out
of our mouths to carry us with the force of life into the future that God has
for us. Jeremiah 29:11 says God has a plan for each one of us and it is a good
plan. You have a future but you have to release it out of you. To do this, you
have to get it in you and then release it through you.
Guard your heart. If anything negative gets into your heart, it is going to
poison the flow. The Bible says a broken spirit is hard to heal(Proverbs 17:22.)
Once the heart hurts, it is very hard to heal. There comes brokenness in the
spirit that clogs up the force of life. Amos 3:3 asks how two can work together
if they do not agree. In Matthew 18:19, Jesus Christ said if two of you shall
agree on anything, it shall be done by His Father in Heaven. When two people
get into agreement, it releases supernatural power to bring something to pass.
There is no greater prayer than for a husband and wife to pray together. 1 Peter
3:7 says their prayers would be unhindered.
God is in agreement with Himself. You cannot afford to disagree with God. If
you will agree with God and what He says, then you will have what He says. However,
if your words are contrary to His words, you will be frustrated and you will
not live out the plan that God has for you because you are not walking together.
All negative thoughts are contrary to what God has already said. For instance,
God says you are healed and you have to agree with this and by doing this, you
release the force of life.
Proverbs 4:24:
"Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee."
Right next to the heart, He puts the mouth. Some thousand years later, Jesus
Christ explained the power of the heart and the mouth walking in unity. A perverse
lip speaks something contrary to the word of God. Isaiah 53:5 says by His stripes
we were healed so why not believe it? The whole world was saved at Calvary but
the whole world has not realised it yet. They are already saved but they do
not just know it. If they do not accept it by revelation, they can never experience
it.
Everything has been made available by the cross of Jesus Christ but we have
to appropriate it through right spoken words and right believing. Romans 10:
9 says that if you shall confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that
Jesus Christ is Lord, you shall be saved. You get saved by believing and speaking
it out.
Matthew 21:17-20:
"And he left them, and went out of the city into Bethany; and he lodged
there.
Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.
And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon,
but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for
ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.
And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree
withered away! "
First and foremost, Jesus Christ talks to fig trees. Words either kill physical
things or bring life to physical things. Jesus Christ killed a fig tree with
His words. This fig tree had leaves but it did not have fruits so Jesus Christ
was not pleased with it. God does not just want you looking like a Christian.
He is not pleased with you acting like a Christian. He wants you to bear fruits
like a Christian. The Bible says in John 15:16 that God is glorified when we
are fruitful. He wants you to preach the Gospel to somebody. He wants you to
lay hands on someone.
Your words have power to impact physical things. You have to understand this.
We are people that confess the word of God. Christianity is called the Great
Confession. You cannot get saved without confessing. Even Jesus Christ said
if you confess Him before men, He will confess you before His Father and if
you deny Him, He will deny you(Matthew 10:32.) It has to come out of your mouth.
If healing is not coming out of your mouth because somebody has not put it there,
then get it in your heart. If prosperity is not coming out of your mouth, it
is because you have not put it in your heart. Put it in your heart. Get your
heart in agreement with the word of God and your mouth will follow. Just make
it happen. It works that way. In addition, you are not going to have more than
you say. Your mouth will either limit you or take the limits off you.
Some of us have fig trees in our lives that we need to kill but we are not talking
to them. We are either talking about them or we are praying, "Oh God, take
the fig tree out of there." We are not taking authority over them and saying,
"You die. You will not bring forth evil fruits into my family anymore,
in Jesus' Name" You need to say it until it happens. Once you get your
believing and your confessing lined up with the word of God, the fig tree will
wither away. It will not take long. I am determined that it will not take long.
Why should it take a year when it could take a day?
Matthew 21:21:
" Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done."
What is faith? It is when you do not doubt. Are you going to Heaven? Is there
any doubt? You say it by faith. You know that you are going to Heaven because
you know that you are going to Heaven. What about prosperity? You do not look
prosperous, never seen a lot of money before but you know that you will prosper.
What about healing? You do not look healed yet but you do not live by your feelings
but by your faith.
Until you put your doubts to rest, they will still be there. As long as there
are still doubts, there is no faith. It is so much simpler than we have made
it. We have made it so difficult that we have to go through a list of arduous
tasks and prayers when it is not just supposed to take that long. If we just
believe what God says and say what He says, we will have God's result.
Words kill trees and words kill mountains. Big things or little things, it does
not make a difference. If you quit watering and fertilising your problem and
start addressing it in the Name of Jesus Christ, it will work for you. The fig
trees and the mountains will obey you. Jesus Christ did not say that you should
go around your mountains. He did not even say that you should climb your mountains.
He said that you should tell the mountains to move. Sometimes, we just need
to get our talking right. It takes a longer time to climb a mountain than to
just tell it to move.
Matthew 21:22:
"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."
This is for all things, no matter how big or small but how believing. If you
say it, you will have it. This is biblical. Just get your believing lined up
with your saying and it will not be long. Kill those things in your life that
are bringing problems, whether they are thought patterns or sins.
James 3:2-5 says:
" For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the
same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
Behold, we put bits in the horses' mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn
about their whole body.
Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce
winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor
listeth.
Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how
great a matter a little fire kindleth! "
The tongue is the force that controls the body. If there is something in your
life that is not godly, put it to death with the sword of the Spirit, which
is the word of God. How did Jesus Christ defend Himself against the devil? He
spoke the word. He said, "It is written."
How soon did the fig tree wither away? It will not take long for that paper
work to come through. It will not take long for that job to come through. It
will not take long. Six months in the scheme of your whole life is not much
time. If you just commit to do things God's way, it will not take long. Your
whole life can turn completely around in just a couple of weeks.
I want to see something that I have not seen before. If I would be truthful
about it, I know that I can do things to help make it happen faster. As far
as I am concerned, I am going to begin to do the things that are necessary because
I know that out of my heart flow the forces of life. It is not anybody else's
responsibility. It is my life and those forces have to come from me.
