Irish Open 2000
National Finals, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare
Sunday 6th February 2000
Well done to the Wexford Club who claimed 4th Place in the team finals this year, which were held in Kilcullen. A couple of minor errors was all it took to drop the South East from 1st to 4th, as this competition was tight the whole way.
We had some individual pair/group/tumbling medals which gave praise to all the hard work put in by all acrobats, and coaches Marie & Aideen.
Roisin & Kate claimed 1st place in the International 1 category. Gavin Baker & Andrea Jacob claimed 2nd in the International 2 category. Jane Kirwan, Lorraine Broaders & Emma Kirwan claimed 1st place in the Nat 4 category.
Aoife Harnett claimed 3rd place in the Tumbling Level 4. Lisa O'Reilly claimed 3rd place in the tumbling Level 3. Aisling Swords claimed 1st place in the Tumbling Level 1.
