O to have a little house,
To own the hearth and stool and all,
The heaped up sods against the fire,
The pile of turf against the wall.

But now I often wish the night had borne my breath away.

And let us e’en toast them together.

What need have you to care,
For wind or waters roar?
And tumble out your hair,
That the salt drops have wet.
William Butler Yeats (1856-1939)
