It is located on the creggs road on the town side of the Town Hall. Although being close to the town it possesses a quiet, retiring, peaceful atmosphere. Its location is close enough to the town for its residents to remain involved in the community. |

The home is also adjacent to the day care centre so residents can go there to meet old friends who live outside the town but come to the day care centre for meals and a chat with friends a few times a week. The nursing home consists of 3 sitting rooms, 2 dining rooms and an oratory. It also contains 4-4 bedded rooms, 3-2bedded rooms and 6 private rooms (En-suite) |
The primary objective of Áras Bríde is to provide the highest possible standards in medical care in a homely and comfortable atmosphere. Rosary and Holy Communion are given daily and the Oratory provides a quiet place for prayer at anytime. Áras Bríde in addition to nursing care, provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Optician, Hairdressing and Laundry services. |
