The Arts and Historical Society was set up in 1990 to promote heritage and culture in the community. They have published Journals recording the history of the area and were chiefly responsible for the restoration of the the Town Hall. They are also continually piecing together the history of the area in the form of artefacts and pictures in the Conway Museum.
