Phelan's Shop, Pub and Funeral Home have been in Glenamaddy since 1962.They have a cosy bar, a spacious lounge with pool table and hold "Irish Nights" regularly.

Since the building was build in 1890 there have been 3 businesses there including Licensed premises Raftery's and Keavney's and a bakery which belonged to James Connelly.
