IntroductionJava is a Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language. If you have experience in using C and/or C++ it makes your life easier to learn Java. But you do not have to worry as you have reached this far. Java was developed by Sun. If you do not have the java compiler your can download from Sun's java site for free. You can also download or use the on-line tutorial provided by them. Before you start writing your first program create a directory in your C drive or D drive something like C:\Learn\Java\. Set the CLASSPATH variable to include your new directory. |
