The Gorey Summer Fair started as a weekend of music and has now grown into ten days of pure entertainment, music and craic, the
biggest in the South-East. The opening night is a Gala Concert in the Theatre Hall and every other night of the festival, the main street of
Gorey is blocked off by a mobile stage, on which a top singer or band provides free entertainment. Every day there are street entertainers
and games in progress to entertain the whole family. There is a sixteen page program available in the town from mid-June which details all
the events, from exhibitions, recitals, and theatre to pub talent, cabaret and street events.
