LARACOR & DREWSTOWN ARCHERS
We are happy to announce the formation of a new Club which will cater for all IAAA & IFAF members.
We have the opportunity of using 60 acres of Forest & Park Land. For the IAAA we will have the use of a walled garden which is over 160metres long by 160 metres wide. This will enable us to run FITA STAR events under ideal conditions.
The Forest & Park Land will enable us to develop Field Archery to a greater extent and we will cater for both organizations.
Also available is an Indoor shooting facility for the Winter period.
The club proposes to run introductory courses in Archery for the development of the sport in the area.
Included in the amenities is catering and toilet facilities for the able bodied and disabled.
There will also be able to run a Field Round for the Disabled.
It is our intention to introduce the Schools Association to Field Shooting. We have been offered the use of a 32 acre Forest in the Foot Hills of the Dublin Mountains which will cater for the Schools Association. If you are interested in more details on Schools Archery check out their website
