Welcome to our new look
All of the great recipes are still here. This new version works in ALL browsers, and has been certified XHTML compliant by the W3C organization. This website began in 1998 with the aim of helping novices and beginners in the kitchen to create professional looking dishes simply and easily whilst providing a reference area for the more experienced cook. The webmaster, Chris O Driscoll, was formerly the assistant head pastry chef for Scoozi's Restaurant, Cork City, Ireland.
