We are constantly seeking to improve our concert presentation
and have ongoing costs in
relation to instruments and equipment. In 2000 we purchased our
own timpani, and
recently, concert music stands and lighting. All of this has been
achieved through the
generous support of our sponsors, patrons, "friends"
and of course, our players.
Becoming a "friend" of the Greystones Orchestra involves
paying an annual subscription
which entitles you to 2 tickets to both our Winter and Summer
performances. Friends pay an annual subscription fee of €50
while Corporate Friends pay a fee of €80, or corporate sponsorship
at your company's discretion. Friends of
the orchestra are also welcome to attend any social funtions we
hold throughout the year.
