Terms and Conditions:
1: Balance of rent is payable on arrival.
2: In order for us to maintain high standards we cannot facilitate arrival before 4:00PM unless previously arranged.
3: All linen and tea towels etc are supplied.
4: We regret no pets are allowed.
5: Visitors are expected to take resonable care and leave the house in a clean and tidy condition.
6: Departure is before 12:00 Midday.
7: The owners are not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained by patrons in relation to their property.
