We Like: The Ab Force is one of the simplest sliding bodyweight machines on the market. it resembles a roller blade with a pair of handles attached. The Ab force is simpler and cheaper that the Ab Slide, Ab Dolly or Torso Tiger. The Ab Force is available from Asontv.com for the lowest price anywhere.

We Dislike: The biggest problem with the Ab Force is that it only has one set of wheels and this makes it very unstable. Our suggestion would be to go for the superior Torso Tiger instead.
