The Rio Ab belt is just another Ab belt alternative in the

works on the basis of EMS or Electronic Muscle Stimulation.
Does EMS work? Yes it does and that’s both from personal
experience and from the feedback I get from the Fitness industry
in general.
How does EMS work? Electric signals are transmitted from the
belt to your mid section which causes a gentle contraction
of the muscles which in turn causes them to tone and strengthen.

The Rio Ab belt has no obvious merits over the Ab
Energizer; in fact the Rio Ab is $10 more than the Ab
Energizer and comes with less equipment. We recommend
the Ab Energizer instead.
