The Weider Crossbow home gym is one very versatile machine.
Over 65 exercises can be performed with the standard 240 pounds
of resistance (As an optional extra the resistance can be
upgraded to 440 pounds).
The Weider Crossbow doesn’t use a traditional weight
stack and like the Bandflex, the Weider Crossbow utilizes
a power rod type set up to deliver the resistance for each
exercise. It also comes with a rowing seat, lat tower and
four position padded seat.
