A quick visit to Drumboe.

 

Showers with bright intervals.

Armillaria gallica is distinguished from Armillaria mellea by its bulbous stipe.

    

 

Almost a portrait of Marasmius bulliardii. Cap about 3mm across, on a dead Ivy leaf.

 

Lycoperdon perlatum is very numerous at the moment.

 

A minute (2mm cap) fungus that only grows on dead Holly leaves: Marasmius hudsonii.

 

An extremely common fungus. Melanoleuca melaleuca.

 

Another Cortinarius of the Phlegmacium group.

Suillus grevillei is another bolete with a viscid cap and grows in association with Larch trees.
