Two Cladonias on dead wood stumps. Cladonia chlorophaea and perhaps Cladonia squamosa. Give yourself bonus points if you can identify the leaves on the bottom left of the first picture.
Yes, there are really three Cladonias: the pale margins to the second picture are Cladonia portentosa. |
My first thought was Exidia thuretiana, but the white nucleii make it Exidia nucleata. New to the site. |
Another common lichen - Ramalina farinacea. On Larch. |
I'm not sure if this is a fungus or a lichen, but I'm slowly coming round to fungus. Specimen about 5 cm. across. Late thought.....how about something like Exidia thuretiana? |
