Frequent showers.

Amblyteles armatorius is one of the few Ichneumonids that I can identify. About 3 cm long.

 

The most common of our local leaf-hoppers: Philaenus spumarius. This is responsible for the little lumps of 'cuckoo spit' that are found on plants.
