Helping - hands was established in 2001 for the main purpose of giving general advice, as well as to highlight other sub-groups and organisations.  




To listen and lend a helping hand, if and when required.  




At this stage, we hope in the very near future to set up a "call in centre" in which people from all walks of life can obtain one to one talks/counselling, information and advice in a related friendly environment.
