If you think that Age of empires was good, you haven't seen nothing yet! Age of Empires: The Age of Kings has army formation, enter and protect Guard Towers (you can put an archer into the Guard towers to fire more arrows at once), there are loads of new units, faster frames, better graphics and best of all Huge Castles which can stand their own defence and create Blood Thursty Carnavor Warriors. There are five campains and loads of skirmishes becides, the map editor is not much different and has a new On-line Gameing Zone Driver for multiplayer games. Heres an idea: This summer you and a friend get Aoe II and buy a scerial Port Lead ( printer/scanner port ). bring bowth of your PC's to the same place and have a One 2 One match or buy a Multi Scerial port connecter and have a Blood Bath with all your friends. It is alot of fun because it isn't slow and doesen't stall like when you play On-Line. This game is the one for Strategy Loving gamers like myself. So get it and Enjoy Never Ending Fun. Rating: 9/10...

These are a List of Things you should or shouldn't do:
1) Scout for everything ( enmeys, allies, sheep, stone, gold, artifacts, etc ) as soon as the Mission starts with Scout Horses.
2) Make sure you have at least 20 villagers and all working.
3) Don't attack the Enimy until you are trully ready.
4) always put your units to the frunt line of your base facing your enimy.
5) build up defence as soon as you have enough stone resorces.
6) build a Town center becide every stone and gold pit instead of Storage pits.
7) surround your Origional town center with loads of farms and maintain them as much as possable.
8) build barracks, archery ranges, Stables and seige workshops in frunt to the Enimys Base.
