Thief the dark project is an unusual twist on first person perspective gaming.You play as Garret, a master thief who basically steals from wealthy merchant's and corrupt bankers.The game concentrates on stealth rather than conflictand the best way to stay out of trouble is to avoid it so rambo tactics are a definite no-no!
The game gives a great sense of tension as you creep thru the shadows leaping into the rafters and making a tricky bow and arrow shot hit pay dirt all in a matter of about 3.5 second's "can u do better?".The thing that i dislike most are the zombies,ghost's and the damn burricks fire breathing assholes from hell they take the realism out of the game and force you to throw staelth tactics out of the window but these are quickly overshadowed by the great level design and sound quality, yes that's right sound quality!the first time you hear the guards talking to themselves and singing weird tunes it makes you feel as if your not alone more than a few times when i heared them coughing i jumped in the air thinking someone is behind me!So in a word Thief is a great game with graet grapics and sound , some people like the hendroid think it's weird that it's kind of like techno fantasy with bionic eyes and all "techno what? think of wild wild west and your half way there".So ill just say one thing thief is great and by the time i finish writing this thief 2 will be out so iv'e been talking shite for the last 20 minutes "thats what a slow typer i am " fuck off....

If your really crap at the game then these should work
skip levels: hold ctrl+alt+shift+end
hidden basketball court : in the training session after u fight the guard "kick his @$$" go to the room where he came from in bash down the door with your sword.
Your less visable when beside walls and crouching
dont waste water arrows on one zombie,group them together and spread the splash over about three zombies
strafe as u swordfight "except in the return to the cathedral level when u face the haunts instead take the advice of cypher from the matrix, run, you run your ass off!
