Team Math
In 1996, the first year that Team Math took place, we tied with two other
teams and, following the tiebreak round, we emerged joint runners-up.
The school entered a team again in 1997 and finished in 15th position.
In 1998, our team was the highest placed girls team and finished in 7th position.
In 1999, our team consisted of Michelle Daly, Caroline Malone, Fiona Cahill
and Karen Sheridan (pictured above). The girls answered excellently and were
among the top 5 teams from the beginning. However, at the final count, we were deprived of
1st place by just one point and came in runners-up.

who represent the school tonight,
Friday March 26, in the final of the Irish Junior Maths Competition which takes place
in
St. Andrew' s College, Booterstown.
