Puerto de la Duquesa
Duquesa is a small seaside town in the township of Manilva, midway between Marbella and Gibraltar. It is about 15km south west of the well known seaside resort of Estepona on the N340 highway, the 'Carretera.' The golfing paradise of Sotogrande is 10 minutes away Malaga airport an easy drive of just under an hour. The smaller airport at Gibraltar is even closer.
It is a small seaside town with a lively port area around the marina with a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
As well as exploring the many sights of the Costa del Sol, there are lots of beautiful places to visit in Andalucia either independently or with guided day trips available from the town.

There are suggestions for day trips and details about some of the many golf courses you can play including the local Duquesa course which is a 5 minutes stroll away.

Puerto de la Duquesa Golf
Duquesa's golf and country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course. It is 400m away and overlooks the Mediterranean with views out to North Africa and Gibraltar. Costa del Sol is sometimes referred to as the Costa del Golf. There are plenty of other top quality courses within a 30 minute drive of La Duquesa; recommended courses are on our golf webpage.
