Our penthouse apartment is a duplex, spread over two floors with marble floors throughout. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, accommodating 4 people. A babybed and high chair are available for a small fee on request.
The kitchen is fully kitted out including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The sitting/dining room has a flatscreen Satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The downstairs balcony faces southwest with fantastic views to the sea, main swimming pool and gardens. The two upstairs balconies face southwest and northeast to along the coast to Estepona.
The complex has 3 pools, a children's pool and a small playground. Our apartment is a short walk from the lively marina area in Puerto de la Duquesa. There you will find many shops, bars and restaurants serving great local and international food. The European blue flag beach stretches to Sabanillas and on to Estepona to the north and Sotogrande in the south.
