Our apartment is generously proportioned with 80 m2 and an extra 14m2 on the balcony with marble floors throughout. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, accommodating 4 people. There is a sofabed in the sitting room if you have an extra two guests and a babybed and high chair are available on request.
The kitchen is fully kitted out including dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine and iron. The large sitting/dining room has a TV, DVD and stereo. The spacious balcony faces southwest with fantastic views to the sea and main swimming pool and gardens.
The complex has 3 pools, a children's pool and a small playground. Our apartment is a short walk from the lively marina area in Puerto de la Duquesa. There you will find many shops, bars and restaurants serving great local and international food. The European blue flag beach stretches to Sabanillas and on to Estepona to the north and Sotogrande in the south.
