You are renting directly from us, the owners so there is no commission to pay and our prices are competitive. We have a professional management company with local knowlege who handles the keys and and cleaning and who can help if you run into difficulties during your stay.
We ask for a deposit at time of booking of 20% and the balance 8 weeks before departure, along with a £100 refundable deposit against breakage. You can pay in Euros or sterling in Spain, UK or Ireland, cheque, deposit or bank transfer.
NEW For a 2% fee, we can also arrange a credit card payment.
Our prices are all inclusive. A babybed and highchair is available on request for a small charge.

Low Season (October to March) : £290 per week
Mid Season (April, May) : £395 per week
Shoulder Season (June and September) : £490 per week
High Season (July, August) : £525 per weekPrices in pounds sterling
The rentals are normally 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday but outside of high season, we are very flexible. If you have a different start day or length of stay please contact us for a quote. We also offer good discounted rates for longer stays on request.
We can arrange a welcome basket of basic foods for 15 Euro. This is useful if you arrive after the shops have shut.Other apartments

Why book independently?
People sometimes ask why they should book accommodation, flights, car etc separately instead of taking a package holiday. The bottom line reason is that for the same quality of accommodation, it's cheaper. Also if you book your own flights, you have more flexibility on the departure airport, time and date.You will find that the package holiday operators can charge a hefty premium for beach view, balconies, air-conditioning and the apartments are often priced for squeezing 4 people into one bedroom.
Questions to ask.
- Is the apartment air conditioned? Our apartment is fully air-conditioned with marble floors throughout.
- What is the view like? Our balcony overlooks the garden area and the beach, not a busy road, noisy bar or a piece of scrubland with diggers.
- Exactly how far is the beach? Marina de la Duquesa is on the beach. There are no roads to cross and no hills to walk down or up.
- How far away is the nearest shop? You won't have to walk more than 100m to get your morning pastries and milk.
- How far away is the nearest bar/restaurant? The port area is 2 minutes at a slow walk and there is a huge choice of places to eat and drink. Note that apartments closer than Marina de la Duquesa such as the apartments actually overlooking the marina or port can get very noisy.
- What is included in the price? We include the utilities, the 100% cotton bedlinen and bath towels and a weekly maid service and linen change at no extra charge.
