Vacuum Tankers - Autofill System

Our Automatic fillings system works by means of a mechanical arm which can be hydraulically raised and
lowered from the tractor cab. When lowered a rubber seal is guided into a steel cone as shown below, as
the seal is flexible it ensures that each time it is lowered into the cone it will create a secure seal. A gate valve is then hydraulically opened and the vacuum pump engaged from the tractor cab. All this results in what is normally a slow messy job becoming a fast clean operation totally controlled from the tractor cab. To ensure the mechanical arm is safe from damage while in the transport position, it is designed to be well within the outside of the tankers wheels, thus guaranteeing it's protection.

Features
The Autofill System is available on all on tankers ranging from 750 gallons (3410ltrs) to 3000 gallons (13638 ltrs). Hydraulically, the system only requires one double acting valve and one single acting valve. As required by the customer the Autofill System can be fitted to either the left or right hand side of the tanker.
