We
will close for the holidays on Friday at 12.30pm.To
help relieve traffic at the entrance to the school
infants may be collected at 12.15pm. Please keep
the bus ring free for buses who will need access from
12.15pm. Parking in the GAA field would also help
traffic flow. There will not be an early Infant run-
all children will go on the 12.30 buses.

Concert
success
With
all of our bills paid our
Christmas concert has made €4,500
for the school. All the effort of the past couple of
months by teachers & pupils has proved worthwhile,
both financially and in terms of allowing the
wonderful talent of the children to shine. Thanks
again to all parents who came to see the concert,
bought raffle tickets, donated raffle prizes or sold
tickets.
Holly
Days
Last
Friday we ran a “Holly Day” in aid of the ISPCC,
with all the children buying a €2
holly badge. We raised €500
for the charity.
Enrolments
for 08/09
As
soon as school re-opens on January 7th
enrolment forms for Junior Infants for 08/09 will be
available from Ann in the office. Please note that
we have reduced the enrolment period to two months
and that all enrolments must be in by February 28th.
This means that we can plan classes at an early
stage than previously. If you know someone who has a
first child ready to start school in September 08
please pass on this information to them.
