In the middle was a large pot from which they were feeding, all had very long wooden spoons and all were making a mess of getting the food into their mouths. They would surely starve, hell!

"And Heaven, Master, tell me of Heaven"

The Master turned and walked her to another scene, exactly like the first but this time the people sat joyous and content. All was set as before, the pot of food in the centre and each one holding a very long wooden spoon……

"But it’s the same," said the young woman, "why are these people happy?"

"Look closely, my child," said the Master. "They feed each other"
