Our cottages are situated on the Lagg Road, two miles north of Malin Town in Inishowen, County Donegal. They are built on a hillside overlooking Trawbeaga Bay. Derry City is twenty two miles to the south. Carndonagh is five miles away. The cottages have two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with two single beds. They have gas central heating. There is a lounge with an open fire-place that overlooks the bay. The small modern kitchen is well equipped. There is a bathroom including shower and WC. Outside a patio runs along the front and looks down on the bay. There is ample room for parking.

We are two hundred metres from the shore. Across the bay is the Isle of Doagh. Less than a mile along the shore is the Five Fingers strand. Behind us are the hills of Goorey. Malin Head, Ireland’s most northern point, is seven miles from us. In Ballyliffin, ten miles around Trawbeaga Bay, is a championship golf links with two eighteen hole courses. There is a course in Greencastle and another in Buncrana. Inishowen is a good place to walk: in the hills or by the shore. There are opportunities for the fisherman in rivers and the Atlantic Ocean. Good restaurants and hotels can be found in Malin, Culdaff, Ballyliffin, Greencastle and Moville.
