Irish Junior Ballet Company seeks to be a truly national Youth Ballet Company and to reach Ballet dancers all over the country. As a result it is attempting to establish centres throughout Ireland.

To have a full-time administrative/public relations officer to conduct the Company's affairs in a highly professional manner.

To establish an active and interested Board and to hold quarterly meetings for imput and direction.

To continue with and to strengthen the Parent's Committee.

To develop the Company's funding base.

To gain recognition for the Summer School and establish this as an annual event.
