We are composed of a group of concerned people committed to upholding the human rights of the Algerian People.
We call for an International independent investigation into all major human rights violations in Algeria since 1992 to establish the truth, examine allegations of responsibility and make recommendations to bring the perpetrators of these human rights abuses to justice and to award compensation to the victims and their families.
We campaign for Refugee status for all Algerians here in Ireland who had to flee from their country.
We call upon the Algerian Government to carry out their responsibilities under their International obligations and allow United Nations Rapporteurs on Torture, extra-judicial executions and forced disappearances to freely enter Algeria to carry out on the spot investigations into all allegations of Human Rights abuses from all sections of Algerian society.
