The
Fred West Haiku Series
by Gambling Mulvany
Put up lots of ads
Room to let to tourist girls
You'll stay forever
Hi my name is Fred
Welcome to my humble home
You'll like it here
This is my fat wife
Her name is Rosemary West
She always knows best
Where is my daughter
In the garden out the back
with some of her friends
Head full of damn snakes
Must drink blood of nice young girl
To silence demons
Let you out right now?
I'll never ever let you
See daylight again
Use the hammer first
Then we can use the shovel
But hammer comes first
Drain blood down the sink
Wash it down with lots and lots
Of old dishwater
Sliced leg with hatchet
Can't carry corpse down the stairs
Get wife to do it
Chop chop and dig dig
Shush, do I hear the neighbours
Rosemary shut up
One leg in garden
Torso under the kitchen
Skull in the freezer
Harsh and cold winter
Ground is icy and frozen
Best use the basement
Where did I go wrong
Choking on the intestine
Of one more victim
This once used to be
An empty house of echoes
Now it's full of screams
Coppers at the door
This was never gonna last
Bring a belt in case
