A Parliamentary Question was raised in the Dail on October 18th 2011 by Maureen O'Sullivan T.D. asking the Minister for Justice, Equality and Defence if he was satisified that the Electoral Law, in relation to election material
that it is an offence to print posters, leaflets, and so on without an Imprint,
is being enforced, if there have been any prosecutions in relation to this, if any candidates have not had a refund of election expenses for failing to have an Imprint, and if he would make a statement on the matter. Worth reading with the Local Election coming up shortly.
