Our expertise is further complemented by our experience in the supply of other products such as business forms, colour printing, direct mail and transactional mail products. We are expanding our reach in the market, and as such require committed personnel to join our team, to help us achieve our goals.

Role No. 1 : Web Application Developer (Direct Mail Division) (€30k + DOE)
Persona is seeking to hire a person for the development of applications to be used for business workflows and process automation. The perfect candidate must have Programming Experience on Linux, designing and developing web based applications. Strong Knowledge of PHP framework Symphony, JQuery / Javascript, CSS3, HTML 5, MySQL. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential. The ideal candidate must know methodical site structure planning, attractive page layouts etc and manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner. The selected individual will work alongside our existing IT personnel and will be adaptable to our many different service ranges. A background in the Direct Mail Industry is not essential but would be beneficial.

Role No. 2 : Quality Control Manager (Direct Mail Division) (€27k + DOE)
The candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct a quality control program designed to ensure continuous production consistent with established standards ISO27001: We are looking for an individual who can formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize reliability and minimize costs. They will plan, promote, and organise training activities with relevant staff relating to quality and reliability. They will also handle investigations regarding quality control issues. A background in the Direct Mail Industry is not essential but would be beneficial.

Role No. 3 : Experienced Hand Packing Staff ((Direct Mail Division) Minimum hourly rate + DOE)
We are looking for multi-skilled, hardworking and efficient Hand Packing Staff with a proven track record of ensuring the smooth functioning and running of all packing activities. Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of material / stock management techniques and inventory control methods and quality control procedures.
