CHRISTMAS PROGRAMME 2002 

Monday December 23  - Childrens Hunt Meet at Camolin Park at 12.00 noon.  We hope to see as many members as possible turning out as Mr Chapman very kindly gives his day to this each year.

Thursday December 26 - Hunt at Craanford at 12.00 noon.

Sunday December 29 - Annual Ride-out at Mr Brian Maguires farm, leaving the yard at 2p.m. sharp.

Saturday Janurary 4 - Disco for all our members and friends at the Court Yard, Ferns, from 9pm to mid-night.   This will be supervised by parents.

Sunday January 5 - We are holding a Show-jumping competition at Sandra Maguire's Equestrian Centre, Ballycanew, commencing 11.00 a.m. This is for all standards, commencing with Juniors, followed by Intermediate and Seniors. Enquiries to Kathleen Denby 054-66565.

Sunday January 26 - Dressage training will commence at Mr Ted Kelly's, Clologue. This will continue each Sunday for five Sundays. Members who wish to avail of this training must book in advance with Kathleen Denby. Members who have already booked please confirm before Jan 12.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MEMBERSHIP: On the instruction of Headquarters, any member wishing to take part in any Pony Club activity, either with their own club or another club, must have their annual subscription paid before January 1st. Membership is €45 which includes personal accident insurance. Please note that your membership is only valid when your completed Renewal Form and subscription has been received by the Hon. Secretary. Please forward your subscription to Eithne O'Gorman, Kellystown, Adamstown, Enniscorthy. Parents and members please read the Code of Conduct and Parents Guidelines.

Members who have already passed the B Test may apply for their H Test now. Closing date is February 14 at the latest. Contact Kathleen Denby.

An invitation has been received at HQ for two IPC members to go to New Zealand for the International Challenge Competition at the 2004 New Zealand Pony Club Dressage Championships. Further details will be available in the New Year.

A further invitation has been received at HQ for two members to go to Austria in Summer 2003. Further details later.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our web site, which is currently being updated with news and information, results and photographs. If you have anything of interest please let us know.
