Welcome to our website!
The purpose of this website is to provide a medium through which information regarding the Irish Soccer Referees Society (Cork Branch) and refereeing in general can be accessed and a medium through which new referees - which are always needed - can be recruited.
Also, we hope that our site will aid in promoting a positive and professional image of refereeing in Ireland.
Referees of all ages are always needed. Whether you're retiring from playing after a long career and looking to keep fit or young and ambitious and aspiring to emulate the achievements of Eddie Foley at World Cup 98 and Euro 2000, we need referees of all sorts.
If you're interested in giving it a try contact us and we'll fill you in on all the details.
Our photo gallery has been updated for the new season, thanks to Billy Lyons, Ted Creedon, Michael Melley, Willie Long, Frank Bambrick, Sportsile.ie and everyone else for photos.
This is the third website that I have produced for the branch and suggestions and comments are much appreciated. Many thanks to Conor Fitzgerald and Alan Budenburg for their help in designing this site.
I hope you enjoy your visit to the site.
Best of luck in the new season,
Alan Hayes
