Assembly Finding:

It was suggested in various ways that some form of 'induction' was needed in all the ministries for both Jesuits and Lay. To this end, the LayJay Committee are setting about discovering the elements that might help people who join a ministry to get clued in to Ignatian ways. Jesuits may have founded the ministry but now share with it others. Jesuits have to let go and Lay have to take up responsibility.

You may have ideas that would help, reading that would be useful, or modules you think anyone working with Jesuit ministries would benefit from in terms of feeling they 'belong'. Please send in ideas and suggestions to Loyola House, 87 Eglinton Rd. Dublin 4; or to socius@jesuit.ie, if you prefer.
