THINGS TO DO and LINKS
Traditional music sessions
There are regular weekly sessions where visiting musicians are very welcome to
play, or anybody is very welcome to listen. Feakle is the main centre for music
locally - you'll find pub sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday
in the village. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, Ennis has music every night
of the week. We generally play in one or other of the Feakle sessions.
The 'Bridge Folk Club is
situated in McGregor's pub, Sixmilebridge, Co Clare, Ireland, midway between
Limerick city and Ennis and is close to Shannon airport. We are in easy
access of Feakle, Kilkishen, Kilmurry, Quinn, and Tulla (see the map on About
us page). We have regular traditional music sessions every Sunday at 9.30pm.
Visitors, musicians and singers will always be warmly welcomed at any of these
occasions..
