I am currently responsible for the creative direction for the Canadian AVON site. This allows me to create promotions within the site, email marketing campaigns for customers and representatives. The site is both in English and French Canadian. Since it's launch in 2004, AVON.ca has increased sales, and gained a larger proportion of the online market. I have also worked on various AVON GLOBAL projects, such as AVON.com, AVON.co.uk, AVON.pt, AVON.br, AVON.dk, AVON.it, AVON.fr, MARK.com, yourAVON.com.

DeCare Systems Ireland.

As role of Creative Lead within Decare Systems, I am responsible for the brand image of the company. I update the website, and make sure that the is unity in all marketing materials produced in order to represent the company. I also design, powerpoint presentations, all print matter and any conferenence display units required by the company.

Figis

Figis is a retail company specializing in luxury gifts and food, with sales concentrated around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons. The company traditionally marketed its merchandise via catalogue to an extensive mailing list of customers and prospects.

In 2005 I was the lead for the redesign and implement a new look online store. The store provides the consumer with an enticing shopping experience, whilst still allowing them the convenience of quick order entry with their catalogue numbers. New capabilities allow consumers trace their orders all the way to their door, as well as keep track of their outstanding credit status.

Vintavu

Vintavu is an online recruitment agency, specifically aimed at the college market. Vintavu is different as it's main selling point is that is uses online videos to get a better understanding of each candidate. In the long term this method proves confidential, cost efficient and benificial to both candidates and employers alike. I was involved in the design and implementation for the website from an early age. the website have successfully launched and candidates and employers are enjoying this new way of recruitment.

Virgin Vie at Home

In 2008 the virgin group launched it's virgin vie at home division. My main responsibility with this project was to design graphics that would support the site that was to contain, home ware, jewellery and cosmetics. The website enjoyed a successful launch, and has been increasing it's market share every month. They wanted a shop front that reflected their physical stores through out the United Kingdom.

Amazon

Amazon choose DSI as their First EU Certified Provider because of their ability to deliver high performance ecommerce systems. Over 45 million US based consumers transact business on DSI developed and supported systems including those with world leading online retailers Avon.com, MasterCard, Figi’s and Dorling Kindersley. After working with many of the global brands already, Amazon provided me with the ability to work with one of the worlds leading brands. I was responsible for all marketing material surrounding DeCares successful bid in becoming Amazons only European Certified partner.

Delta Dental

Since 2001, Delta Dental Plan of Minnesota, a leading provider of dental benefits administration in the Upper Midwest, has grown by an average of almost 20% each year, while maintaining one of the lowest operating costs of any dental plan in the U.S. This growth and cost savings have been driven by the efficiencies available in the industry-leading administration system created with the assistance of DSI. DSI worked with the in-house IT department to consolidate and reduce the total cost of ownership of the existing IT system. Where possible, existing applications were enhanced to support changing business needs and remove fragmentation between various production systems. The creative team support all of Delta Dental graphical requirements.

Family Books at Home

family books at home™ is a new name to the direct selling industry. However, their products and people are not. Family Books at Home offers books published by the critically acclaimed DK Publishing for every member of the family. They are marketed and sold by Independent Consultants to families across America.

I designed the logo and assisted on the upkeep of the website, designing promotions and banners when ever needed. They also had a print version of the book campaign.

Mastercard is a multinational corporation based in Purchase, New York, USA. Throughout the world, its principal business is to process payments between the banks of merchants and the banks of purchasers that use its "MasterCard" brand debit and credit cards to make purchases. MasterCard Worldwide has been a publicly traded company since 2006. Prior to its initial public offering, MasterCard Worldwide was a membership organization owned by the 25,000+ financial institutions that issue its card.

as a member of the creative team, i worked on a number of online training courses for mastercard employees, who had to progress through different courses within the company.

Leading Edge

Leading edge is a supply chain consultancy firm based in cork. Leading edge was my first job after completing my university studies, and introduced me to the high standards required by a global firm. My main responsibilities were to support their online supply chain management course that was held in conjunction with the university college cork.

John Geaney for Hair

john geaney is corks only 5* salon. situated in the city centre this salon has enjoyed much success in the past 5 years, regionally, nationally and internationally. john has recently been awarded the prestigious 5* rating by Irelands good salon guide.

The website required a total rebrand, from the logo to the tone of the site. The salon recognises the need to intergrate technologies to create a unique customer focused experience.

Emerson House Bed and Breakfast

Emerson house cork is a luxury bed and breakfast situated over looking the river lee. the guest house is a Georgian manor and has placed itself in the upper end of the guest house business in cork.

the guesthouse has recently under gone renovations and the new look website reflects these updates. this project required branding along with promotional graphics and an email campaign of which I designed from start to finish.

Roberts Cove Inn

Roberts Cove Inn, west cork wanted a web presence but did not want anything too complicated. Their business was simply a bar and restaurant serving hearty meals throughout the year, and wanted a site that was easy to navigate to reflect their business ethics.

I was involved in every part of the project from the requiring of the images used throughout the site to the over all look and feel of the site.

Michael O' Mahony Properties

O'Mahony Properties are a large cork city estate agency. the sell all types of property from residential, commercial and leasing in the Munster area. I worked extensively on the redesign of the site, making the navigation easier to use and faster for the user to get to their desired area of interest.

The Sexual Health Centre

The Sexual Heath Centre is a centre based in cork promoting health and drug awareness. The site is aimed at teenagers and young adults. the site also contains a live chat feature where at certain times of the day, the user may interact with a fully trained health officer.
