Riverside Farmhouse is a two-storey Victorian house set among mature trees overlooking the River Annalee, a renowned trout water. The house contains all original plasterwork and fireplaces.

Riverside Self Catering Accommodation is also I.T.B. Approved. It is located on on the outskirts of Cootehill in a quiet cul-de-sac.

We are 1.5km from Cootehill Town. We are located in a fisherman's paradise for coarse, pike and trout, walking, cycling, and heritage tours. Horse riding is available locally. An Outdoor pursuit centre and an Arts/Culture/IT centre are only 3km away. Play Pitch and Putt 5km away. There are pubs and restaurants locally and a 24hr taxi.
